Can I return or exchange my Sweet Soul Boots?
Each order is custom made, and can therefore not be returned or exchanged.

Can I enter my credit card on the site safely?
You can shop at sweetsoulboots.com with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for customization and delivery.

What methods of payment can I use to pay for my order?
Sweet Soul Boots accepts the following forms of payments:

How can I track my order?
When we ship your order, you will receive a shipping notification to the email address associated with your order. This will include a tracking number from FedEx, that you can use to track your order directly from the FedEx website.

Product Questions

Are Sweet Soul Boots genuine sheepskin?
Yes! We pride ourselves on REAL sheepskin and REAL warmth.

Are Sweet Soul Boots waterproof?
No.  We highly recommend spraying your boots with a water and stain protector.

Do Sweet Soul Boots run true to size?
Yes.  Please see our sizing chart to assure a great fit.

Does Sweet Soul Boots sell collegiate and professional sports logos?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Stay-tuned by signing up for our newsletter, and we will be sure to keep you updated as we roll out fun new products and logos!

What if I don’t see my school?
We can make Sweet Soul Boots out of any school mascot, logo or emblem, we just need to see the artwork. If you’ve got it and can scan and send it to us, great. If not, we’ll go find it for you! Does Sweet Soul Boots do group/team discounts?
Yes.  Sweet Soul Boots will give a 10% discount on a group order of 10 or more pairs of boots.
